  Founded in 2000, Design2Form (D2F) is a full service Architectural, Interior Design and Construction Firm located in Miami Gardens, Florida. The Principal Mr. Zamarr T. Brown, RA and the Firm’s key professionals have experience in many facets of project types which include residential, commercial, educational, municipal, retail, hospitality, industrial, entertainment and recreational facilities.

  Mr. Brown is a Florida licensed architect and NCARB Certified with over 12 years of experience in the public and private sector. In Florida, a majority of his work have been located in the tri-county area. Mr. Brown serves as an Advisory Board Member for Design & Architecture Senior High and participates in panel discussions at Florida International University (FIU).

  To better serve the needs of our clients, D2F has launched a construction component to our company to provide Design-Build services. Also known as "Turnkey" or "Single-Source Responsibility," design-build is a system of contracting under which one entity performs both architectural/engineering design and construction.(Click here for additional information).

  The mission of D2F is to stand as a common thread in uniting ideas, concepts, budgets and contexts. Our approach is to ensure that we are fully cognizant of our client?s objectives, followed by providing options to our clients so that sound decisions can be made, lastly we put forth the greatest effort on every project to produce the highest quality possible from beginning to end. Our design team has a vast amount of knowledge and collective experience totaling over 50 years working on a variety of projects throughout South Florida. Last but not least, we strive to develop a professional, genuine and personalized relationship with each of our clients.
