Broward Community & Family Health Centers, Inc. (BCFHC) is a non-profit organization that is committed to providing accessible, comprehensive, high-quality primary and preventive care services to all persons. Design2Form was contracted to provide Architectural and Engineering services for the complete interior remodel of their Hollywood health center.

The new build-out includes a waiting room, reception area, nurse’s station, 9 exam rooms, doctors’ offices, administrative offices, conference room, break room, lab and medication room, 2 accessible patient restrooms, and 2 employee restrooms.
