Broward Community & Family Health Centers, Inc. (BCFHC) is a non-profit organization that is committed to providing accessible, comprehensive, high-quality primary and preventive care services to all persons.

Design2Form was contracted to be the Design Architect for the expansion of their Lauderhill health center where they offer Behavior Health, Women’s Health, and Family Medicine.

The new build-out includes a waiting room, reception area, nurse’s station, 13 exam rooms, doctors’ offices, administrative offices, training Room, conference room, break room, lab, medication storage, 3 patient restrooms, and 2 employee restrooms.
