Lincoln Gardens

Lincoln Gardens is a multi-family development comprised of garden style town homes, apartments and independent Senior living apartments. The community is broken down into 3 phases, Phase I (a mix of garden style town homes and apartments), Phase II (Senior apartment building) and Phase III (garden style town homes).

Design2Form was involved in master planning the site and community engagement which involved several community meetings to discuss / present different aspects of the project such as logistic, amenities, CPTED and type of housing. Design2Form focused construction on Phase II (Senior Apartment Building) which is comprised of 77 units (71-1BR and 6-2BR units).

The Senior Building includes several amenities for the residents such as a Multi-purpose Room, Library / Computer Room, Fitness, Back-up generator and it also includes the Leasing Office for the overall community. The buildings “L” shape design fits perfectly into the Southeast corner of the complex and varies between 3 & 4 story’s tall, making it the tallest building within the complex
