Phase II of Superior Manor is the development of workforce housing in Brownsville’s urban center. The development will include 76 apartments(16-1 BR, 46-2 BR, and 14-3 BR) and amenities such as management&maintenance offices, a computer room, community room, rooftop terrace, fitness room, backup generator, and electric vehicle charging stations.
The program is dispersed among 2 buildings, a 3-story building on the south side of the site and a partially 3 / 4 story building on the north side, a scale fitting of the surrounding residential neighborhood. In addition, both buildings screen the parking lot from street view.
