Unique Design Characteristics or Major Space: Project was designed with a central playground area boarded by a circular concrete sidewalk which give tribute to the water tower that once stood in the same location. As part of the City’s initiative to provide parks and recreational spaces for City residents, D2F was engaged to design Water Tower Park and the adjacent unimproved alley.

The parks amenities include new play structure, shade canopy, site furnishing, drinking fountain, synthetic grass with impact padding, fencing, paving (Concrete and asphalt), storm drainage, bioswale area, lighting, irrigation and landscaping. The design concept was developed to relate to the water tower which once stood at the site.
